Description

Germ-Allcard Priamus S21 is a multi-purpose lubricant for non ferrous metals wire drawing in all sizes from rod to fine on slip and non-slip machines. Utilizing the latest synthetic base oil and additive technology, it provides exceptional lubrication performance, superior drawing machine productivity and excellent biostability. The emulsion has a high detergency to keep machines and drawing dies clean. Germ-Allcard Priamus S21 is suitable for make up in both soft and hard water. Oxidation test results confirm a clean long life.

Application

Germ-Allcard Priamus S21 is suitable for drawing all wire sizes from rod to fine wire on all types of drawing machines. It is also suitable for both multi-wire and in-line drawing machines. Germ-Allcard Priamus S21 emulsions may also be used in continuous annealers @ 1-2% concentration.
