Q8Oils is proud to announce the introduction of new Top Tier Mid SAPS Heavy Duty Engine Oils meeting the latest ACEA E9-2016 and API CK-4 technology. This introduction includes both Q8 Formula Truck 7000 FE 10W-30 as Q8 Formula Truck 7000 15W-40 for selected Euro VI engines.
API CK-4 and ACEA E9
The American PC-11 program introduced the API CK-4 and API FA-4 specifications, which offer significant improvements compared to the previous PC-10 (API CJ-4). Two new engine tests have been introduced: Volvo T 13 and Caterpillar Aeration engine test. To fulfil API CK-4, a more robust product was needed to fully comply with requirements. To answer to these stringent requirements, Q8 Formula Truck 7000 FE 10W-30 and Q8 Formula Truck 7000 15W-40 were specially developed, while both claim API CK-4 and ACEA E9.
