Application

This product is recommended as a cutting oil for all medium duty work in single and multi-spindle automatics. It is suitable for machining most ferrous and non-ferrous metals and often inventories can be rationalised to just this one cutting oil. The additive package provides boundary lubrication at the tool tip chip interface which reduces tool wear and machine power consumption. The lubricity agent ensures maximum contact of the fluid with the work piece which helps give excellent finishes at all speeds and feeds from the heaviest removal of stock right down to finishing with light cuts Q8 BACH NC is particularly recommended for use in machine shops where mist can be a problem. Uncontrolled machine shop mist can affect the health of machine operators. Mist also settles out on the surrounding environment creating an unhealthy working area.
